How Service is Delivered: The service will be delivered in a variety of settings, including school visits, community clinics, in specialist neonatal provision, online one to one support, online and face to face group sessions, advice and guidance over the telephone.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 1pm
Parking and Transport: Accessible by community transport
Special Educational Needs Accessible: Your child may be seen at home, nursery or school.

Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible and feed back to services to aid service development.
