Tinnitus Direct Referral Service for tinnitus assessment / rehabilitation for patients over 16 with;
1. Unilateral Tinnitus
2. Troublesome Bilateral Tinnitus (affecting sleep, general wellbeing and daily living).
Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.
A patient information leaflet is available, along with a tinnitus management leaflet.

Referral Procedure:

To use this service, you will need to be referred by a health professional. This means you must see your doctor or nurse. They will send your details to a service. Your doctor or nurse will refer you to the service that is the most suitable for your health needs. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.

How Service is Delivered:
|
A satellite outpatient clinic held by audiologists from the Audiology Department, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. The appointments are a combination of face to face appointments, video consultations (using Attend Anywhere or Zoom) or telephone consultations.
