The Physiotherapy Service provides assessment, treatment, advice, education and support on a range of Musculoskeletal problems including Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Spinal conditions, Neck pain, Ligament injuries, Sprains and strains, Soft tissue injuries and post orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Age Range: 16 and over

Referral Procedure: To use this service, you will need to be directed or referred by a health professional. This means you must see your doctor or nurse. They will send your details to a service. Your doctor or nurse will refer you to the service that is the most suitable for your health needs. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
How Service is Delivered: In Clinic and on site GP practice clinics, remote access is also available by telephone or video consultation

Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
