To provide 24hr ambulatory ECG monitoring in primary care. Offered for patients registered to practices in West Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Consortium.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Age Range: From 16 to 100
Referral Procedure: To use this service, you will need to be referred by a health professional. This means you must see your doctor or nurse. They will send your details to a service. Your doctor or nurse will refer you to the service that is the most suitable for your health needs. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
How Service is Delivered: The service is delivered through surgeries in the following five sites:
Bridge Street Surgery, Downham Market
Carole Brown Health Centre, Dersingham
Gayton Road Health Centre, King’s Lynn
St James Medical Practice, King’s Lynn
Manor Farm Medical Centre, Swafffham
St John’s Surgery, Terrington St John
Opening Times:
Monday, 9 a.m - 5 p.m
Tuesday, 9 a.m - 5 p.m
Wednesday, 9 a.m - 5 p.m
Thursday, 9 a.m - 5 p.m
Friday, 9 a.m - 5 p.m

Clinics are held at the following surgeries:

* Dersingham - Carole Brown Health Centre
* Downham Market - Bridge Street Surgery
* King’s Lynn – Gayton Road Health Centre
* Swaffham - Manor Farm Surgery
* Terrington St John – St John’s Surgery
Parking and Transport: Onsite parking and disabled parking available at all surgeries with the exception of Bridge Street Surgery. All sites accessible by public and community transport, with the exception of Manor Farm Surgery which only has community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance at all surgeries are well signposted and wheelchair accessible with disabled toilet facilities. Those surgeries with services above ground floor have wheelchair accessible lifts. Carole Brown, Gayton Road and Manor Farm Surgeries have an induction loop hearing aid system.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible and feed back to services to aid service development.
