Offers emotional and practical help for people who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington's Disease and Parkinson’s plus conditions. Also provides support to their relatives, carers and friends.

Clinics will take place around the South Norfolk area.

If clinically appropriate for housebound patients, arrangements can be made to see them at home.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff. This is available for users of this service.

How Service is Delivered: Clinic, telephone advice and home visits
Opening Times: Office hours 8 - 5pm. All calls divert to a central hub and are answered by the admin team there

Access and Facilities: Entrances are wheelchair accessible and well signposted
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
