The Continence service is a nurse/physiotherapist led service and is primarily a treatment and assessment service for adults with bladder, bowel and or prolapse problems ,with or without incontinence.

Home visits are provided by this service in specific circumstances.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff. This is available for users of this service.

Referral Procedure: Referral is usually via a health professional, but patients can self-refer.
How Service is Delivered: Clinics, home visits to the genuinely housebound and in Care Homes
Opening Times: Main Office Monday to Friday
Services are provided at:
Bungalow 2 Birch Tree Close – King’s Lynn - Monday all day, Tuesday morning, Wednesday morning, Thursday and Friday all day.
Swaffham Community Hospital - Every Wednesday

Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
