The service can help children who have difficulty with communicating, understanding, speaking and swallowing.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Referral Procedure: Please visit the website for information on how to complete a referral into the service.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m - 4.30 p.m. There is an answerphone at other times.
Parking and Transport: Limited onsite parking. Accessible by community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance, lift and toilet facilities are well sign posted and wheelchair accessible.
Special Educational Needs Accessible: Your child may be seen at home, nursery or school. For further information, please find our local services on the Norfolk County Council website.

Special Educational Needs Transition: The Speech and Language Therapy Service is available for children and young people aged 0-19 across Norfolk.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible and feed back to services to aid service development.
