The Immunisation Team delivers Meningitis ACWY, DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio), and BCG (for eligible infants up to one year) vaccines to all school year 9 pupils and HPV vaccine to all young people in school years 8.
Mainly schools based service but clinic appointments available for those young people who are home educated or where a clinic appointment would be more appropriate. The team also offers intranasal influenza vaccine to all of primary age children. MMR catch up offered for those young people who have not received two doses.
Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.
Home visits can be provided by this service.
A termly newsletter for schools is produced.

Call or email the team to book an appointment.
Anyone unsure of their child's vaccination status or what is required can call the team to discuss further and arrange an appointment or to be in seen at the next school visit.

Delivered primarily through schools. Weekly clinics and monthly Saturday Clinics and during school holidays.

There are parking spaces available, at the front of the clinic. Disabled parking spaces are available.

Special Educational Needs Accessible:
|
Through liaison with schools which cater for children and young people with SEND and directly with families. We offer longer appointment times in our clinics to support the needs of the young people and pre visits to the venue can be organised if this would support the young person.
