The MSK Occupational Therapy (OT) Service provides assessment, treatment, advice, education and support on a range of Musculoskeletal problems in a clinic setting. This is mainly hand and wrist problems resulting from soft tissue injuries, work related injuries, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. Also OT for chronic pain management. Key areas for this specialist Occupational Therapy service include rheumatology and upper limb orthopaedic conditions. Key interventions include hand therapy and upper limb splinting for musculoskeletal conditions. Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.
