This service is for anyone who has Tuberculosis or is suspected of having Tuberculosis. The service can also help anyone they have been in contact with (usually their friends and family and people they work with).

The service can help with tests for Tuberculosis and give advice about what happens during the tests and how to look after yourself if you have Tuberculosis.

Referral Procedure: To use this service, you can refer yourself. Or anyone can make contact on your behalf, such as a Doctor, Nurse, Social Services, your carer or family.
This means that you can contact the service yourself and give them your details. They will tell you what they can offer you. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
How Service is Delivered: Home visiting / Clinics in Gt Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Beccles / Outreach services in colleges and workplaces and homeless hostels.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 09.00 a.m - 17.00 p.m
An answerphone service is available at other times.

- Kirkley Mill Health Centre Lowestoft community TB clinic
- Limited parking at Beccles Hospital community TB clinic

Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance and toilet facilities are well sign posted and wheelchair accessible.
Special Educational Needs Accessible: Referrals for BCG vaccination made to the consultant paediatrician/James Paget Hospital for BCG to be delivered in adapted sensory playroom, following discussion with the child and parent/carer.

Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible and feed back to services to aid service development.
