This service is for anyone who has Tuberculosis or is suspected of having Tuberculosis. The service can also help anyone they have been in contact with and arrange screening if necessary (usually their friends and family and people they work with).

The service can help with tests for Tuberculosis and give advice about what happens during the tests and how to look after yourself if you have Tuberculosis.

Home visits are provided by this service.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Referral Procedure: To use this service, you can refer yourself. Or anyone can make contact on your behalf, such as a Doctor, Nurse, Social Services, your carer or family.
This means that you can contact the service yourself and give them your details. They will tell you what they can offer you. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
How Service is Delivered: Home visiting / Clinics in Gt Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Beccles / Outreach services in colleges and workplaces and homeless hostels.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 09.00 a.m - 17.00 p.m
An answerphone service is available at other times.

  • Limited parking at Beccles Hospital community TB clinic

Access and Facilities: Main entrance and toilet facilities are well sign posted and wheelchair accessible.
