Patients must meet at least one or more of the following: Must be over 16 years of age (Patients under 16 years of age to be referred to ENT Paediatrics) Has cognitive impairment and/or cannot express their symptoms Has a chronic perforation of the tympanic membrane Has a past history of ear surgery which must meet one of the listed criteria for complex ears Microscopic/endoscopic suction has been abandoned e.g. dizziness, pain Has pain out of proportion with clinical findings Has a foreign body in the ear canal Is undergoing management of Otitis Externa Has Keratosis Obturans Has Active Mastoid cavities Has Granulation tissue
Age Range:	16 and over

Referral Procedure:	Health Professional only.
How Service is Delivered:	Clinics
Opening Times:	Monday to Friday, 9 a.m - 5 p.m.
Parking and Transport:	Limited onsite parking. Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities:	Main entrance, lift and toilet facilities are well sign posted and wheelchair accessible. Loop hearing aid system available.
Compliments / Complaints:	The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
