Vestibular Rehabilitation for ongoing motion provoked dizziness. Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service. An information leaflet about the service is available on request

Referral Procedure:	To use this service, you will need to be referred by a health professional. This means you must see your doctor or nurse. Your doctor or nurse will refer you to the service that is the most suitable for your health needs. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
How Service is Delivered:	A combination of Hospital based outpatient clinics in the Audiology Department at the Norfolk and Norwich university Hospital and virtual appointments (both video and telephone)
Opening Times:	Telephone Enquiries Monday to Thursday 8.30 a.m - 4.30 p.m. Answerphone at other times.
Parking and Transport:	Limited onsite parking available (fee-paying). Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities:	Main entrance, lift and toilet facilities are well sign posted and wheelchair accessible.
Compliments / Complaints:	The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
