The Community IV Treatment Team is a service to administer Intravenous Therapies including antibiotics in patients own homes (including care homes and community hospitals).

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Home visits are provided by this service.

Age Range: 18 and over

How Service is Delivered: Home visits / community hospitals / residential homes and nursing homes.
Opening Times: Therapies are delivered from 8 a.m - 8 p.m.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
