The service provides advice and a comprehensive range of community health treatments for housebound patients that enable an individual to avoid unnecessary admission to hospital, or where hospitalisation is necessary, to facilitate an early discharge back into their community. Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service. Home visits are provided by this service which is for housebound patients.

Opening Times:	7 days a week, 8.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m. An answerphone service is available at other times.
Compliments / Complaints:	The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
