City Reach Health Services (CRHS) aim to provide health services for those who frequently find it difficult to access primary health care: those that are homeless, at risk of homelessness and who are not accessing mainstream GP services. In addition to providing clinics at the Under 1 Roof, CRHS also provide outreach clinics at the many locations across Norwich.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Age Range: Any age group
Target Groups: Asylum Seeker / Refugee, Homeless, Sex Workers
Related Services: Mancroft Advice Project (MAP)
Referral Procedure: Anyone can refer, including self referral.
How Service is Delivered: Clinic, outreach
Opening Times: Patients are able to access the City Reach receptionist Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m.

Nursing clinics are held at various outreach locations throughout the week, including:
Bishop Bridge House
Pottergate ARC

GP surgeries are held at Under 1 Roof on various days Monday to Friday although appointments are required.

There is an answerphone available outside office hours.
Parking and Transport: Limited onsite parking.
Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance is well signposted and alternative entrance is wheelchair accessible. Toilet and shower facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible and feed back to services to aid service development.
