This service is for patients with a diagnosis of primary or secondary lymphoedema and lipoedema. Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service. Home visits are provided by this service if appropriate.
Age Range:	18 and over

How Service is Delivered:	Clinics over two NCHC sites, home visits for housebound patients and if deemed appropriate.
Opening Times:	Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. St James, Kings Lynn - Monday / Wednesday / Friday, Swaffham at least once a month Friday
Parking and Transport:	Limited onsite parking at some sites, including disabled parking
Access and Facilities:	Wheelchair accessible entrance & disabled toilets. Lift at Swaffham Community Hospital
Compliments / Complaints:	The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
