  • Coping with hearing loss and difficulty coping with hearing aids

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Home visits are provided by this service.

How Service is Delivered: Hospital clinic. The Service is delivered by a combination of face to face appointments, video consultations (using Attend Anywhere) or telephone consultations.
Opening Times: This service is offered at:
  • Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital: appointments available Monday to Thursday, 8.15 a.m - 4 p.m. Saturdays fortnightly,
  • Cromer Hospital Ad hoc basis
  • Telephone Enquiries: Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m - 12.30 p.m.
  • Answerphone at other times.
Parking and Transport: Limited onsite parking (fee-paying). Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance, lift and toilet facilities are well sign posted and wheelchair accessible. Loop hearing aid system available.
Special Educational Needs Accessible: I have experience of working with children and adults with special needs and have received training on Autism Spectrum Condition.
