The Phlebotomy Clinic takes blood samples from all adults registered with GP practices within the Norwich area. This is by appointment only via single point of referral. Please call 01603 518 444 option 2. Community Phlebotomy sees patients for venepuncture and INR Fingerprick testing who are HOUSEBOUND. We will not see people in their own home who are mobile and can get to a clinic or GP surgery. Home visits are provided by this service. Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Referral Procedure:	GP or consultant at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Patients can also self-refer via Single Point of contact.
How Service is Delivered:	Clinic and home visits
Opening Times:	Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Please note that you must have an appointment to attend the clinic and the last clinic appointment is 1.40 p.m.
Parking and Transport:	Limited onsite parking (fee-paying). Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities:	Main entrance and toilet facilities are well signposted and wheelchair accessible. Loop hearing aid system also available.
Compliments / Complaints:	The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
