Community based eye screening service run by the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust for patients with diabetes in Central Norfolk. Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service. There are various Leaflets available.

How Service is Delivered:	Clinics held Monday to Friday at GP Surgeries, Cromer Hospital, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and at the Central Norwich Eye Clinic on Grove Road. Saturday morning clinic held in Eye Clinic at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
Opening Times:	Clinics are held Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m - 4.30 p.m at the NNUH Diabetic Clinic. Also in the eye clinic on Saturday mornings. Clinics are held at Cromer on every Friday of the month. Mobile units at GP Surgeries in Central Norfolk Monday to Thursday at the Central Norwich Eye Clinic
Compliments / Complaints:	The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
