To use this service, you will need to be referred by a health professional. This means you must see your doctor or nurse who will send your details to a service. Your doctor or nurse will refer you to the service that is the most suitable for your health needs. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.

There is onsite parking. Accessible by public and community transport.
