The clinic is available to provide a full assessment for anyone with a leg ulcer. A leg ulcer can be defined as an open wound on the lower leg that fails to heal within 6 weeks.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Age Range: 16 and over

Referral Procedure: To use this service, you will need to be referred by a health professional. This means you must see your doctor or nurse who will send your details to a service. Your doctor or nurse will refer you to the service that is the most suitable for your health needs. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
How Service is Delivered: Clinic
Opening Times: Clinic runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8.00 a.m – 6.00 p.m.

  • Wymondham
  • Long Stratton
Parking and Transport: There is onsite parking. Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance and toilet facilities are well signposted and wheelchair accessible.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
