The service provides treatment for foot ulceration that does not relate to Diabetes.

Home visits are provided by this service.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Age Range: 16 and over

Referral Procedure: Referral is via Health Professionals only, for example your GP
How Service is Delivered: Patients are seen in clinic or at their usual place of residence if assessed as housebound.
Opening Times: Tuesday to Friday, 8 a.m - 4.40 p.m.
Parking and Transport: Onsite parking available. Access by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance, lift and toilet facilities are well signposted and wheelchair accessible.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
