The Service offers a specialised team of nurses and physiotherapists dedicated to providing an assessment and treatment plan for adults who have bladder, bowel and or prolapse problems with or without incontinence.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Home visits can be provided by this service in specific circumstances

Referral Procedure: Referral is usually via Health Professional, but patients can self refer
How Service is Delivered: Clinics, and home visits to the genuinely housebound and Care Homes
Opening Times: Patients are offered appointments at the following clinics which operate at different times Monday to Friday

Fakenham Health Centre
Hoveton and Wroxham Medical Centre
Kelling Hospital
Aylsham Health Centre
North Walsham Cottage Hospital

Parking and Transport: Service is provided at various locations - please check for details
Access and Facilities: Main entrance and toilet facilities are well signposted and wheelchair accessible at each site.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
