Health Centre has two GP practices - Parishfields Practice and The Lawns Medical Practice.
Community Services include District Nurses, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Community Rehabilitation Team, Podiatry, Midwifery etc. Outpatient clinics are held in the Outpatients cabin to the right of the main building.

Health Professional. Referrals should now be sent to Central Points.

Opening Times:
|
Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m - 5.00 p.m. There is an answerphone at other times.

Parking and Transport:
|
No onsite parking - South Norfolk Council car park adjacent to Health Centre with a Pay and Display machine where the first hour is free. Health Centre is accessible by public and community transport.

Access and Facilities:
|
Main entrance is well signposted and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. Wheelchair available for use on site. Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Adult SLT, Hand Therapy, Dietitian clinics etc are now held in the new modular building to the right of the health centre. This is accessible by pathway and ramp.

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
