Health Centre offer the following community services: community nursing and therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry / chiropody, midwife, leg ulcer clinic, dietician, smokefree, continence nurse. Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

How Service is Delivered:	Clinic
Opening Times:	Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m - 4.30 p.m. Leg ulcer clinic is on Tuesday from 8.30 a.m - 4.30 p.m There is an answerphone at other times
Parking and Transport:	Limited onsite parking, accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities:	Main entrance is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. Wheelchair available for use on premises.
Compliments / Complaints:	The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
