Cromer hospital provides an important range of consultant and nurse-led services to the residents of North Norfolk. Services include day treatments / procedures, out-patients, Clinic, X-ray and a Minor Injuries Unit (MIU). The MIU is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m to 8 p.m and can treat minor injuries.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Referral Procedure: To use this service, you will need to be referred by a health professional. This means you must see your doctor or nurse. They will refer you to the service that is the most suitable for your health needs. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
How Service is Delivered: Service is delivered within the purpose built Cromer Hospital opened in 2012. Cancer services now provided within the purpose built North Norfolk Macmillan Centre within Cromer Hospital, opened September 2021.

Phlebotomy service is booked appointments only - Trust patients only.
Parking and Transport: Limited on site parking. Disabled Parking. Pay and display in use. Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance, lift and toilet facilities are wheelchair accessible. Hearing aid loop system.
Cafe facility.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
