The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust serves a population of nearly 240,000 people in the Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Waveney areas. The Trust provides acute hospital care on the James Paget site supported by services at the Newberry Clinic and other outreach clinics. The Trust also provides a range of community services.

Interpretation and translation services through INTRAN can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Opening Times: 24 hours.
Parking and Transport: Unlimited fee paying onsite parking, accessible by public and community transport.
30 minute free parking period.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance is well signposted and wheelchair accessible.
Loop hearing aid system available.
Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities and a lift.
Changing places and gender neutral facilities available in the hospital foyer
Compliments / Complaints: As a Trust we really welcome compliments, all of which are circulated to the teams concerned. When things don't go quite as patients or their carers would wish we want to look at what happened and learn/change as appropriate. Our Chief Executive reviews and signs all formal complaint responses. Compliments and Complaints can be submitted through the Trust's website or direct to the Chief Executive.
