Parking and Transport: Limited fee paying onsite parking, accessible by public and community transport. Served by the Costessey Park and Ride service with regular 15 minute service to the hospital at peak times and every 30 minutes during the middle of the day - £1 return fare from 6.35 a.m - 8.45 p.m.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance is well signposted and wheelchair accessible. Loop hearing aid system available. Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities and a lift.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
