Foot Health Services offer Community Podiatry clinics throughout Norfolk for patients who have problems with their feet and a medical risk factor. Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service. Home visits are provided by this service to patients who have a foot ulcer

Your doctor or nurse will refer you to the service that is the most suitable for your health needs. The service will then contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
How Service is Delivered: Clinic
Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m (this will vary according to the clinic site).
Parking and Transport: Patients are expected to arrange their own transport (private, public voluntary etc.)
