The service offers specialist advice, treatment and support for people diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Corticobasal degeneration, Multiple System Atrophy, Motor Neurone Disease and Huntington's disease and their family / carers.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Home visits are provided for those who are registered housebound.

How Service is Delivered: We run clinics, visit patients at home ( if housebound) and in reach to care and nursing homes if requested by the GP or care home staff.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00. The service does not provide out of hours service (Monday-Friday, no bank holidays).
Parking and Transport: Limited onsite parking which is of uneven construction which may cause difficulties for wheelchair users.
Clinics will take place around the North Norfolk area.
Access and Facilities: Wheelchair access and toilet facilties.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible, and feed back to services to aid service development.
