* Confidential advice on contraception and sexual health
* Screening, diagnosis and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
* Hepatitis B testing and diagnosis
* HIV screening, diagnosis and treatment
* Free supply of all forms of reversible contraception which include; implants and injections, intrauterine devices: IUD & IUS(coils), emergency contraception, pills and condoms
* Pregnancy testing and information
* Information about abortion and referral to abortion services
* Free STI test kits delivered to your door.

How Service is Delivered: Through clinics
Opening Times: Clinic opening times are available on our website
Parking and Transport: Limited onsite car parking at the Orwell and Abbey View Clinic, public town centre parking is available near Regent Road Clinic. Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance and toilet facilities are well signposted and wheelchair accessible.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible and feed back to services to aid service development.
