These services are provided:
* Sexual health and contraception advice
* Free contraception including emergency contraception, free condoms, pill, Intrauterine devices for contraception fitting and removal and Implant fitting and removal
* Post Natal contraception and sexual health advice
* Pregnancy testing
* Advice and referral for an NHS funded termination of pregnancy
* Sexual history and screening for sexually transmitted infections if appropriate (testing for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV, Hep B, Syphillis).
* Treatment for all sexually transmitted infections
* Part of the C-Card Scheme
* Services for patients with HIV
* Free STI test kits delivered to your door.

You can access the service whether you're male or female and no matter what your sexuality is - whether you're having sex, thinking about having sex, or if you're just curious. Your C Card is a free, friendly and confidential service for 13 - 25 year olds.

Interpretation and translation services can be arranged by staff, for users of this service.

Opening Times: Patients are advised to call before their journey (during the hours below) for the most up to date clinic information around sit and wait and appointment clinics. Please call 0300 300 3030 for appointments. Telephone lines are open:
9.30 a.m - 5 p.m
9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

These opening times may change in certain circumstances.

An answerphone service is available at other times.
Parking and Transport: Public car park available. Accessible by public transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance and toilet facilities are well sign posted and wheelchair accessible.
Compliments / Complaints: The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) can listen to your issues, concerns, compliments or suggestions, resolve problems where possible and feed back to services to aid service development.
