Referral Procedure: Health Professional referral only.
Patients wishing to self refer need to complete a Podiatry application for podiatry (also available from the Podiatry office). These need to be completed in full before a new patient appointment can be sent out. Incomplete self referral forms will be returned to the patient to add any missing details before an appointment can be sent.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m - 5 p.m (this will vary according to the clinic site)
