MAP provides information, advice, advocacy, support for young people aged 11-25 across Norfolk. We are an independent, rights based and young person centred service.

* Free counselling to young people aged 11-18 with fully qualified counsellors. Young people can call MAP to access a counsellor or be referred through their Doctor.

* Information, advice, support and advocacy via the drop-in around:
- housing and homelessness;
- welfare benefits;
- debt;
- sexual health and relationships (including free condoms, C-cards (see below for more information), Chlamydia screening, Referral for NHS funded terminations, STI and pregnancy testing);
- parenting;
- mediation;
- finding employment, including CV service
- accessing education
- education rights
- children's rights

* Free use of telephones, computers, and internet access; free tea and coffee
* Drop in open Monday to Friday 1.30 p.m – 5.30 p.m
* Educational Rights Worker
* Young Fathers Group: Thursdays 1.30 p.m - 4 p.m, including free buffet lunch
* Evolve: Young People's Transgender Group - get in touch
* Contact us about groups running on life skills, healthy cooking on a budget, sexual health and parenting.

All services are drop-in, except counselling and the CV service which are by appointment. MAP also have a written policy of confidentiality for people under 16. Various publications are available on request.

MAP is a member of Youth Access and BACP, and holds the CLS Quality Mark for advice with casework
* Part of the C-Card Scheme:

Your C-Card Scheme - You can access the service whether you're male or female and no matter what your sexuality is – whether you're having sex, thinking about having sex, or if you're just curious. Your C Card is a free, friendly and confidential service for 13 - 25 year olds.

Opening Times: Office hours:
Monday to Friday, 10 a.m - 5.30 p.m

Drop-in service for information and advice:
Monday to Friday, 1.30 p.m - 5.30 p.m

Counselling available by appointment until 8 p.m.

There is an answerphone available at other times.
Parking and Transport: No onsite parking, except for young people and workers with a disability (please ask for permit). Public fee-paying car park adjacent (Chapelfield, The Forum and Theatre Street, all fee-paying). Accessible by public and community transport.
Access and Facilities: Main entrance is well signposted and wheelchair accessible
